All orders are shipped from China. We partner with trusted international carriers including DHL, FedEx, YunExpress, and Yanwen to ensure reliable delivery to your destination.

Shipping Rates
- Orders over $100 USD — Free shipping
- Orders under $100 USD — Flat rate $20 USD
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 10–20 business days
- Canada: 12–22 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 12–25 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier conditions, weather, or peak holiday periods.
Carrier Selection
We select the most suitable carrier based on your destination and package weight to ensure the best delivery experience. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We are unable to predict or control these fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
