At Vita Radiante, we want you to love every piece you receive. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we'll always do our best to help.
Return Window We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original sealed packaging with all tags attached.
Returns & Exchanges Due to hygiene and quality standards, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All earrings (no exceptions, for hygiene reasons)
- Aromatherapy products (once opened)
- Swimwear bottoms (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
Necklaces, rings, and bracelets may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unworn, in original sealed packaging, and free from scratches, scents, or signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.
Eligible Issues We offer replacements, store credit, or refunds for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items received
- Lost packages
- Major quality issues
To request support, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Situations We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Minor color differences caused by lighting or screen settings
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Delays International shipping times may vary due to customs processing, local carriers, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
